To opt out of Credit Card offers in the US: Consumer Credit Reporting Companies.
To opt out of Catalogs you receive but did not order in the US: Catalog Choice.

If you need help, 41 Pounds will stop your junk mail for five years for a fee. This organization will keep after the direct-mailers until they stop.Another paid junk-mail removal service is Green Dimes, which will also plant trees on your behalf.
